The controller of your personal data collected on the website https://winwin.app (“Website”) and the WinWin App mobile application(“App”) is WinWin Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (00-052), at ul. Świętokrzyska 18/315, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000344356, NIP 7010213014, REGON 142160831.

The person responsible for ensuring the proper processing of personal data is the Data Protection Coordinator. Processing of Personal Data

We process your personal data collected on the Website, primarily through the relevant forms available on the Website and to the extent specified therein, for the following purposes:

  • ­ to process your contact request or to provide you with our offer, based on your consent (pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
  • ­ marketing purposes, in particular to send you our newsletter, which is in pursuit of our legitimate interest. We send such information, of course, based on your consent to electronic communications (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
  • ­ for the purpose and to the extent necessary to establish, pursue, or defend our claims related to the use of the Website, which constitutes the pursuit of our legitimate interest (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).


If you subscribe to receive informational materials from us, including our newsletter, we will process your data: (i) to send you commercial information electronically via email, including the newsletter, to the email address you provided, which constitutes the pursuit of our legitimate interest in this matter (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), (ii) for archival (evidential) purposes, which is the pursuit of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), (iii) to survey your satisfaction, based on a legitimate interest (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to process your request for contact or to receive informational materials. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, but such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out while we had your consent.

You have the right to:

  • request from the Controller access to your personal data, its correction,
  • ­the erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data,
  • ­object to such processing,
  • data transfer,
  • to file a complaint with the supervisory authority,
  • withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data


We will process the data collected to fulfill your contact request until you withdraw your consent to its processing. If we process your data for marketing purposes, we will continue to do so until you object to such processing. We retain data necessary for the potential establishment, pursuit, or defense of our claims related to the use of the Website, including in connection with registration on the Website, until such claims become time-barred.

WinWin Mobile App Privacy Policy

We present the privacy policy for users of the WinWin mobile app. When we refer to “users” in the text below, we mean individuals who have installed the mobile app on a mobile device, including our customers or persons authorized by our customers.

An anonymous mobile app identifier is stored on the mobile device (created at the time of mobile app registration on the WinWin.App side until the mobile app is deleted from the mobile device). The anonymous mobile app identifier and information provided by the mobile device’s operating systems (brand, model, mobile device hardware identifier) are sent to the WinWin System upon activation of the device in the mobile app and for the purpose of verifying the authenticity of the mobile app. The mobile app communicates with the server using encryption mechanisms.

 The mobile app can access the following permissions on your mobile device, including:

  • the device's technical specifications,
  • internal memory,
  • microphone,
  • location,
  • camera
  • biometric login.


For the purpose of, among other things:

  • to enable the verification of users' identities
  • ensures information security and data protection,
  • data entry,
  • attaching photos to comments,
  • speech-to-text conversion,
  • tailoring specific features to the needs of users at
    ,
  • delivery of notifications,
  • improving the WinWin System.


All permissions (mobile device functions and information) that users grant to the mobile app are visible in their mobile device’s settings panel. You can manage these settings in the settings panel. You can revoke the mobile app’s permissions by changing the settings on your mobile device or by uninstalling the mobile app.

The mobile app collects personal data and information about user activity, which is used to provide licensing and consulting services under the agreement entered into with the client, as well as to tailor content to the user’s needs based on the consents they have provided. Personal data is information that allows us to identify our user. Our mobile app also uses mobile identifiers and other information in accordance with your device’s operating system settings, such as technical data or geographic coordinates. You can disable the use of identifiers and other information in your device settings—detailed instructions can be found in the following manufacturer guides: 

  • Android
  • Apple.

Information About Cookies

This website uses cookies.

Cookies are pieces of data, specifically text files, that are stored on a Website User’s device and are intended for use on the Website’s pages. Cookies typically contain the name of the website they come from, their storage duration on the device, and a unique number.

The entity that places cookies on the Website User’s device and accesses them is the Website operator.

Cookies are used for the following purposes: a) to compile statistics that help us understand how Website Users interact with the website, which allows us to improve its structure and content; b) maintaining the Website User’s session (after logging in), so that the User does not have to re-enter their username and password on every subpage of the Website;

The Website uses two main types of cookies: “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies. “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s device until the User logs out, leaves the website, or closes the (web browser). "Persistent" cookies are stored on the User’s device for the duration specified in the cookie settings or until the User deletes them

Web browsing software (web browser) typically allows cookies to be stored on the User’s device by default. Website users can change these settings. The web browser allows you to delete cookies. Restricting the use of cookies may affect certain features available on the Website.

Cookies stored on the Website User’s device may also be used by advertisers and partners working with the Website operator.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google (LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google uses certain cookies. Data regarding website usage (including your IP address), collected via cookies, is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. We use this data to evaluate website usage, compile traffic reports for website operators, and provide other services related to website usage. We process the data obtained in this way to optimize marketing activities related to our online offering in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Google will never associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.

Please also note that our website uses the “anonymizeIp()” feature available in Google Analytics, which means that IP addresses are anonymized before being transmitted to servers located in the United States. A direct link between the processed data and the user is therefore impossible. Only in exceptional cases will the IP address be transmitted in full to servers located in the United States and anonymized there.
