Discrimination in the workplace: 775 complaints filed with the National Labor Inspectorate (PIP) in the first half of the year regarding pay decisions. 

A rising number of discrimination complaints does not necessarily mean that companies have suddenly started treating people worse. It does, however, mean that they are increasingly required to demonstrate the basis on which they differentiate salaries, bonuses, and promotions, and whether they truly apply the same rules to comparable individuals.
